stealable rares plans

I hate to bother staff for information, but could we get an update on current plans for the stealable rares system? A lot of players have kept quiet and waited really patiently and we're looking forward to some more info! :)

it will come thats for sure. i think after Pvp / Armor etc is well balanced and worked out.. They working on Pvm (loottable adjustment / Collectiables / Raresystem ) but im not sure.. Just a guess.

I am not going to be using Alan's new system. However, I am going to be focusing on crafting/rares immediately after these pvp changes. I will be devoting the same attention to it that PvP is getting now, so expect a lot of changes/fixes/overhauls!

Sounds sexy, so what you mean by 'Alan's system' is the random location world spawning system? That seemed like a pretty solid idea. I'm curious what you have planned to take its place?

From what I understand, Alan's system wasn't really perfect either, as rares would not be located in sensible locations.

IE. a marble table placed in the middle of the street in Minoc. Completely out of place.

Well, when they all got turned on, I actually found 100% of them on dungeon floors. For whatever that info is worth. I'm insanely curious to see what the new plan is, since I know they spent a lot of time and hype on the random system.
