I'm not sure how hard these spells are to come by, but I found:
Gate Travel
Clumsy
Cunning
Chain Lightning
Earthquake
Mana Vampire

I'd appreciate a price check on these

Generally speaking it's not very difficult to buy full spell books from player venders; they are everywhere.

I've noticed most full spell books cost: 4,000~6,000

For individual spells, spread that cost among all spells 5th circle and up, giving. 8th circle would be 40% of that cost, 7th 30%, 6th 20%, and 5th 10%

That's just a rough estimate though; some spells are more useful than others. Energy Vortex, Summon Deamon, and Gate Travel being some of the best 8th circle spells for instance.

All in all, scrolls aren't worth much, but recall scrolls are often sold in large batches. Scrolls can be cast as if it were a spell two circles down. Via a scroll a 5th circle spell is as easy to cast (from the scroll) as easily as a 3rd circle spell. Warrior classes tend to stock up on recall scrolls for this reason.
