Soulforge quest bugged

I completed the first stage and found all 5 scrolls and returned to the quest giver. he told me that the notebook would be updated with the next steps, but this did not occur. now he won't respond to me and i'm stuck moving forward. put 2 ingame requests but never got a GM to respond.

Did you have the hammer in hand? Try again with the hammer in pack.

Or try just double clicking the hammer, I can't remember if that's what it takes to actually get the ingredient list or what. It has been a while for me.

The quest is kind of wonky at times. Just wait until you try to place the soul forge with everything you need in pack and nothing happens! You have to do it twice, at least I did lol.

Yes. Try clicking the hammer to see if it gives you the list.
