whats the difference between a power scroll and a skill scroll. I'm a newbie to this server.

Your skill cap starts out at 100 for each skill. Powerscrolls will raise this cap first to 105, then to 110, then to 115, and lastly to 120 (which is max). A powerscroll doesn't raise your actual skill, just your cap. Skill scrolls will raise your skill 1 by 1.

In this case if you have a blacksmith, and want to craft all the cool legendary crafting things you can do at 120, then you'll need a 115 along the way. That is where I come in
