stats will not get better unless its under 100 pts then it will rise to 100 with training.
if it has no poisoning skill at it all it can not be trained later on.

not selling below 1mil for RDA's are hard to find and the spawn rate of chromatic is RARE not every dragon RDA spawn one everytime.
