Not that anyone would buy a PW clothing item just to cut it up. I mean you'd be crazy to do that.

It's not about where the items come from, it's about your tailoring skill. Requires GM tailoring to cut for half the material cost.

I have cut up cloth with my 120 tailor and have only received back 1 yard.. This is always the case for me unless I am cutting up normal hue clothing made from npc store bought cloth. If it is bod cloth, it always gives a return of only 1 yard.

Oh if there is a difference between npc normal cloth and bod reward/gold sink cloth then it might be, my bad.

Edit: nm just read the above posts regarding cutting crafted cloth getting 1yd back.

Yeah that only goes for crafted cloth + chars with tailoring skill. I don't think it matters if it's plain cloth, gold sink cloth, or BOD cloth.
