This is an awesome house for tamers who also have crafter mules.

For tamers: recall into town and you've got a bank, a stable, and your house all within a couple screens.

On top of that it's also awesome for your mule. Serps Hold is a non-faction town, so you will never get ripped off by the vendors if you do your bulk order deeds here. (No faction taxes, so prices are always the same.)

Perks:
- Right next to a bank.
- Right next to a stable.
- Right next to a tailor shop.
- Smithy shop on east side of town.
- Non-faction town. (Won't get ripped off randomly by vendors while doing BODs if faction taxes change.)
- Blue healer just west of house and another south of stable.
- Red healer east side of island.
- Walk to Fire dungeon.
- Privacy: very few neighbors.

In a no recall/gate server this would be a perfect house.

But here, no one probably gives a fuck. People are gonna recall to the stables and bank anyways. Why run for 15-20 seconds when you can click a runebook
