I got this house with the intent of using it as a vendor location, and even though I've only got two vendors so far, it's been pretty successful. I've found a different vendor location right next to a moongate though, so I'd really like to sell it to someone who will put it to good use.

Seconds from town, I'd wager it's worth more than that. His smaller neighbor directly to the North went for a mil, but that was with guard zone. Hell, I'd buy out if I didn't already have my Moonglow vendor place.

I'm glad to see a number of you appreciate this plot so much. I personally love Moonglow, and think this would be a perfect spot for a vendor house, or public house. Maybe a museum...
