Smithing Magic Items

I am currently training up a Blacksmith and i have noticed that in the past when i was in the 60 skill area i would be making a whole lot more special magic weapons like the "ogre thrashing", "vacuum". etc.
Now that I am in the upper 70s I don't seem to be making these kinds of weapons anymore. Just exceptional ones.
Any ideas as to why this is happening

No no, not like spell channeling and shit.

I mean like, I got a DC hammer, and it gave my weapons I crafted all 2 mods. (don't remember what they were) But i'm guessing those 'mods'/'attributes' scale with the level of the hammer or the level of the kit, and I was curious what hammer gave what mod?

Sorry idk how else to explain it.

I'm just looking to craft certain item's with certain attributes and need to know which level runic I need to fill out bods for/buy.

Wait, what?! 99% of the pics I post are created though the print screen button, MS Paint (crop/resize), and hosted on Postimage/Imgur. Where these titties coming from?

*My work might have adblocker on and I don't see what you see when I click the pics

Sooo... Ya, can't find what kind of metal armor is crafter per runic hammer, and can't find what mods the leather armor gets per runic kit. Kind of upsetting.

Top link just describes prices per mod, so in an offshore kind of way, thanks. The bottom link is the shit I'm looking for, but for metal armor aswell as leather armor.

metal armor gets no mods on here from metal type or hammers. just hue and same metal type.

i will track down the leather armor

Oh that blows, so crafting Plate/Ring/Chain with runics isn't even plausible.

Thanks for looking for leather, I'm also blowing up google looking.
