Slayer leather armor

I just reached 120 tailoring. And was wondering I can now craft leather slayer ar? Or is that a BS thing? If it is then what's the use in having a legendary tailor?

you need a Crystal workbench + the correct garg runes and u can use any armor.

Yup and the point of tailoring is basically twofold:

Craft barbed bone armor easier and fill BODs easier.

Not many people run GM barbed bone but it's like 47ar no dex loss but tough on resources and hard to craft if not 120.

I like the gm barbed bone on my dexer. The spined looks the coolest though.

Ohh wow, 47 AR? Had no idea. That's pretty sweet, even if it is a strain on resources. Has anyone tried to sell these and what would you price it as?

Hard on resources like...to fill a 20X bone LBOD it takes about 5-600 bones and 1k leather. So basically 2.5k gold per suit in resources for full exc.

Probably would be appropriately priced at around 5k per set. But to sort the pieces and to not be able to cut/smelt to regain resources means it's probably nowhere near worth the time to try to net a profit. To my knowledge people only craft suits for themselves and don't try to take them to market.
