Slayer Deeds

Can anyone help me figure out a slayer deed? I have one and cant get it to apply to weapons. Not much anywhere on how to use or what kind of weapons must be used.... every weapon type i try get a new excuse why it wont work lol

From the wiki
"They are available via the Tinkering menu and can only be applied to runic blacksmith weapons. Unlike normally crafted slayers, the deed applies a limited number of slayer charges to the runic weapon and will break when the charges are exhausted"


I believe as of right now it's 2000 charges and it only uses a charge when the weapon hits a monster that is specific to the slayer type.

Can they be applied to a weapon by anyone or do you need a tinker to adhere the slayer property?
If a tinker is needed, what skill do they have to be just

You need a player made runic weapon. Only a tinker can MAKE the slayer deed. Anyone can apply the deed once it is made.
