Slayer crafting +smithing hammer

Would a +60 smithing hammer increase chances to create a slayer?

Im not sure, I have tried with a +15 on my 120 smith with no noticeable differences. The original post by the devs only indicates an increase at 120, it didn't imply a stacked bonus over 120. Personally, I'd save that hammer for legendary crafting, since some of the items are not 100% success and the ingredients are very expensive and hard to find.

Oh does it use charges? I was just thinkin u held it and it gave u a boost. But makes sense.

it does not. I've asked the same question a few months back. ASHes don't boost slayer chances, which sucks, cause would give great reason to complete these.
