If my craft guy has 5 skills would like to be 120. Does that mean I need to use 20 PS in total otherwise I can't raise any more skill gain if I'm 700 pts topped? Thanks!

My crafter is 5X 120 (BS, Tailor, Mining, Carp, Tink) with 80 Magery/40 Med.
Your overall cap raises with your highest skill up to the max of 720 (for having at least one skill at 120)...705 for having a 105, 710 for having a 110, etc.
You do need to eat 20 PS in total to have 5 120's, each one in succession 105-110-115-120

Indeed. But eating in succession...it keeps the scrolls valuable which is necessary for a server that doesn't have the benefit of a HUGE population like production OSI.
