How high does your tailoring need to be to get BOD?
My tailor is at 53 something, and doesn't get the message on NPC menu for "bulk order info"
I tried selling to them anyway...no go

I think the min is 70.1. Not 100% on that.

One said 60, u and another said 70. Im train some tonight. I'll let you know what I find out.
