Sixth level scrolls

Hello,
Trying to round out the spell book. Can't find sixth level spells anywhere. What sort of beasties have them? Where can I get these?

You can buy a lot at the mage shop. Liches carry them as well, and you'll find varieties town NPCs don't have. It's a bit funner than going to a player vendor to get one 4-6k.

Thanks! I thought I read that shops only went to like level four, but I will check again.
