Was wondering if ship tracking was put in with the high sea stuff or is it possible to use tracking to fond players in the water?

Tracking is all we got, and out at sea, it's pretty useless. More often than not, by the time they come up on Tracking, you're running into them anyway. I'd like to see some ship tracking of some sort at sea.
