Just thinking of a way shield warriors can do a bit of extra dmg without having to do any poisoning.
So slight dmg dealt whenever you parry, like 0.1 per AR of the shield as the dmg... won't be a lot but enough to give it some extra oomph.
Any other thoughts?
Edit: Had a few more thoughts:
Could have them as an enchantment such as Iron Heater Shield of Hardening/Spiked, or Guarding/Thorns(different levels of spikes could do a different % of dmg based on AR). this way it can be build into BS and can be made by crafters or found from loot, and dmg should be less that poisoning as you wouldn't need to raise as skill to use it as you do with poisoning(unless you mule your poisoning out).
