shame lv 5 red moongate

Not sure if its a bug or what but can't have a spell prep while trying to go threw. So it allows peeps to just bounce back and forth exploiting it so they cant be a target of a spell. Tryed to attack a red for like 5mins but he just kept going threw gate everytime i started casting a spell. Maybe make it so you can only enter a dungeon moongate every 30 sec.

something needs to be done, not sure if that would be the answer. But maybe gm's want it like that i dont know... all i know is its annoying lol
