Provisional Rogue Talisman Update
All relics will no longer activate while you are flagged for combat. This includes phase shift which has previously allowed players to get away by phase shifting to monster.. and defensive relics.
XP Requirements for all talisman and talisman will be set to be like the crafter talisman where the lower levels will a much smaller amount of XP is required, but it will quickly ramp up so the higher levels require more XP.
Max Experience is now reevaluated upon load. If you are at the max experience you will gain a level next ability use.

While the server upgrades to this update, your XP will now be upgraded or downgraded so if you were 95% complete leveling the relic before you will still be 95% complete. For example if you had 9000/10000 XP, and the new values require 20000XP your current XP will be set to 18000/20000.

Crumbling Relics are now obtainable by treasure maps and paragon chests.
- In preparation for some incoming rogue talisman changes we are moving away from the kill for xp. To a permanent XP like the other talisman.
- In the meantime until April 15th levels will be based on kills or levels but you will gain permanent XP.
- After the provisional period your levels will be based on permanent XP and this will function like a regular talisman.
