Okay second largest house on New Magincia, my neighbor has me by 1 tile, this is a 17x17 his is a 18x17. Either way it is by far the best location on the island. 1 second run from the bull pens, 5 second run to the Magincia gates, 11 second run to the bank. (only 6 houses on the entire island, 2 of them are actually in town, including mine.. the other 4 are on the beach on the outskirts of town).

I payed 3.25m for this location about 4-5 months ago, this will be my reserve.

I am mainly looking for trades as payment or straight gold. I would like to trade for PW (blessed) clothing as well valued at 450k per yard.

I will not accept donations coins period. I will accept donation rewards that have been removed from the vendor and have been guaranteed by the staff never to return.

I will accept event rares or other high end rares.

Parsnip was a truly awesome seller, I was ecstatic that I actually won this location, I just don't have the time anymore to mow the lawn.

how did people even get to place here? theres other open spots that can fit 18x18 but " cannot place a house in this area"

I was thinking if I do end up doing a deal for this house, maybe you could third party hold the spittoon until the house is transferred for the 2 mil gold. I know I can trust you and since you sold this house to the seller, I am guessing he would too.

Let's see if I don't spend this liquid gold on something before the auction ends.. I am wayyyy too impatient with my gold when I see something I want and I have the liquid gold. Hopefully this auction doesn't draw out long.. I obviously would really like it.. I did last night when I was super high and made that bid anyways.. lol

I know.. Im really tempted to buy the yards I need for the doublet I have been wanting instead.. trust me.. I'm hoping this thing doesn't drag on forever, I intend on honoring my bid.

those plots have been there since i started here, so probally since the beggining of time, i think there is certain areas you can place in new mgincia. but they are all taken.
