Don't put spells in it you can cast with it in hand if you have a regular spellbook in your bag. Plus fancy spellbook a w no spells are more rare than those with spells

add colored books I'm guessing spell or other similar things IMO paying 10
Mil for this you will regret but it's a gamble and could pay off just something to keep in mind
