Need 115 (113?) to transfer. I was able to transfer to someone with 113 taming/115 lore. Not 100% on the numbers but you had better be high to attempt.

Let's start the bidding at 250k. Gonna keep this around for a while because I wanna give some of the higher level tamers a chance to see it. Only so many people that I can sell this thing to.

I actually think you need more like 88-89 to transfer dragon, but maybe as low as 83 I don't remember trying that low.

Definitely 93.9 to bond dragons.

No worries, derails = bumps = fun!

Just keep trying at every skill pt until it transfers and let him hang in your stables until feeding starts the bond at 93.9

Yes, but you still need 115/115 or so to have it transferred to you. Bond deeds ftw!
