It really is a nice little spot. I had a house there for a bit. Closer to the brit moongate than it looks (literally just start going and youre there already)
Ogre/Ettin Spawn, and horses all day long. A few orcs just south if you want them. Gargoyles just west toward skara, they never come to the property though.
If it was a bigger footprint, I never would have left it.

Guaranteed to get a troll and/or ettin statue or two living in this neck of woods. A consistent spawn of 4 or 5 trolls in your front and backyard. 4 or 5 ettins spawn just south on the east side of the water way and ratmen, orcs, gazers, gargoyles, ettins, and orgres directly west north of the hedge maze. Pretty close to the Britain moon gate as well. Not a bad spot for a new player.
