Did something change recently? I swear I used to be able to sell this to the armorer, but he hasn't taken it for a few days at least. Am I selling to the wrong NPC? NPC's don't seem to run out of gold on this shard. Thanks.

I was able to sell to the armorer tonight. Maybe the NPCs have a quota for certain item types per hour or per gp given out? Anyone know the mechanics?
