This house is walking distance to Skara Brae. I'm moving closer to my guild house so giving up this house.

I had this location for a long time as I liked how i'm next to water and neighbors houses are not covering mine in crowded areas. Also, in emergency I can walk to Skara Brae for bank or moon gate to get to brit.

A few screen South East is the Maze.
