This house is less than one screen from the Sacrifice shrine. A 20 second run to the Sacrifice graveyard, a popular place for farming liches and lich lords... and well... PK action as well.

I am assuming you could go 2 more tiles east, I never really tried, and it was max secure already.

Due to larger limited housing spaces I am having a S/B @ 500K. Ends Friday.
