WTS Secluded 12x15 on peninsula near Sacrifice

I am selling a 12x15 plot on a secluded peninsula in the woods near Sacrifice shrine.

There is absolutely no spawn nearby and only two other houses on the peninsula. It's a great spot to launch sea voyages from or just have a nice safe spot to hang out.
