Screen Flashes

I can not believe after so many years I am playing UO again. I just started playing yesterday. Played UO for years. LOL I remember 56K dial up.When I started playing again the play screen was small so under the options I went full screen. After that I started to get flashes on my screen. This started to hurt my eyes. I thought maybe my video card did not have the proper updates so I went ATI web site and down load all the updates. Re booted the computer logged back in and the flashes started right away. I have a ATI Radeon HD 4200 card. When I go back to the default setting I do not get the flashes but the screen is to small to see. Any one have any suggestions? I want to play a Bard/ Treasure Hunter once again but the flashes are just to much.

There are a few threads explaining how to fix this - it's a problem with the piece of shit app razor. It has something to do with compatibility mode and/or windows theme, just use the search function and go from there.
