I cant seem to get sallos for the launcher. is there a link that Im supposed tod ownload sallos from specifically for uof?

You can get the Sallos client from here. It's also highly recommended to download this fix package that makes some mobs that were invisible visible again and Trinsic nor galleons no longer absolutely nuke your client.
