Sallos resolution issues

Just now reinstalled everything after a 2 year hiatus. Can't get Sallos or Razor to run fullscreen or much of anything beyond roughly 20% of my usable monitor space.

The first picture is Sallos settings changed in config to have screen size be 1400 x 1000. The second one is 3840 x 2160, which is my monitor's native resolution. How can I get the gameplay area to be larger? I essentially just need it to zoom in. Also the mouse isn't visible.

Years later I had the same issue again so if anyone has it also, I changed resolution in my NVIDIA settings to 1920 x 1080 and did the same in Sallos. That did it.
