sallos not working

had to do a fresh install and im getting this error under details

can someone help? i uninstalled uoforever and reinstalled like 4 times now and sallos won't work , somehow i got snapshot of uoforever characters also when this is a fresh install, i deleted everything and still wont work.

Whats a version your client? need 7.0.45.0 (download UOF launcher and he's download correct client version)

I think you need to install DirectX 9.0c or something, not sure.
