Selling this 13x14 on behalf of @MirImage. It is just short of being a max storage but still gets you 1,553 storage and 776 lockdowns. The property does not have any spawn or blockage.

Liked the spot, however the description isn't all correct. There are blockages from trees on the east side (that you can get rid of with the tree stump program, yes). But if no special program is used there's some blockages.

Like the spot otherwize, will think about it.

BTW, are you sure you have provided the correct screenshot? The sign on the house on the other side of the road (that more looks like a 13x14) says it for sale and contact Parsnip or MirImage.
