Repairs contracts??

how can i make repair contracts to sell? i am currently GM lvl, do i need to be higher because i can not see a tab to create such item.

In your crafting menu, just click repair and target an empty scroll.

Follow up question about contracts. Does repairing items, reduc their overall durability? Does Arms lore tell you what is left of an items durability? Thanks.

I know that used to be the case Strife, I have honestly dont tried it here so I wouldnt know.
Arms lore will show durability of an item yes.
