Remove faction member cap

• Factions will now have a cap. When the faction with the largest # of members has 10 above the next largest, it will no longer be joinable until a new faction eclipses it in membership. Large guilds can still join other smaller factions even if they are very close in number to the next largest faction.

Anyway to get this removed from factions or altered? I don't believe its working as intended, EQMS does not have people in vent waiting to join Minax so they can field with us. We do have numerous alt characters that have been made and are unable to join. I suggest removing it or making once your IP is linked to one faction you're able to add in your alt characters that are on your IP. Minax also has a ton of members in the faction who don't pvp, they just play for the faction bonuses(Champ Scrolls,Sigil of Wisdom,Wealth,etc).

Minax is MALES (5-6 members tops..), a few random pvm'ers and EQMS (everyone else)..
what does that show you?

we field usually 8-10 -- remember, we cut LOLZ about a month ago and havent rolled super deep since.

there is if u dont play/kill for a week or so u get removed thats how u end up (evil) but not factioned
