Relics "tables"

Hi every1
I'm not sure wich name could fit this thread.

I'm looking for real information about the relics,
I know there its some info on the wiki and the oficial "meta thread" but not the "tables"
I tryed to find this info but since I cudnt find it, I post this thread.

I'm really interested on the Berserk one's but if some1 dont mind to post about the rest...... ppl will apreceate it.


What I really mean with this thread its something like.....

Double Strike relic

Lvl 1 - 25 % chance to activate with 30 secs CD
Lvl 2 - 24% chance to activate with 29 secs CD
Lvl 3 - 23% chance to activate with 28 secs CD
and so on
NOTE : THIS INFO ITS COMPLEATY "random" so dont take it as real.


If the thread go ahead I will edit and try to keep all the info at one's so its easier to read and so on.
Saying all this , I'm sorry for my bad spelling and hope your eyes dont bleed to much xD

Blaine's link is good for some of the relics but not all info for the zerker ones. I don't have the details for each lvl but here is what I know bout lvl 1 and lvl 10 cooldowns:

Double strike and tread:
lvl 1- 30secs,
lvl 10- 20 secs

Phase shift:
Lvl 1- pretty sure it's not 60 secs like wiki says, but 50secs
Lvl 10- 30 secs
