I know there is an option to delete a Relic from your meta stone, but happens to it.
When you delete it does it appear in your back, or gone forever?

You can remove it from Talisman. I've accidentally hit the remove option before to get prompted to confirm my delete. You can cancel it if you do it by accident (or confirm if you are hardcore).
