I've seen a lot of people speculate the improved drop upgrade is not working, any incite from the DEV's?

Awesome!! Could we get an update on how it works. I know originally it made it possible for 2 relic drops from 1 RDA, is it still the same way? Or does it only increase your chances of getting the 1 relic?

How do you know this. I have had a upgraded gem and a few others do in my guild and only seen a double drop once and that was 6 months ago. I also heard from others saying the same thing

Double drop happened last week that I know of. Hadn't heard of one for a long time before that but random number generator is random number generator.
