I enjoy razor as a client but it refuses to save my hotkeys and agents!! everytime i shut the computer off its time to spend an hour resetting everything -_- anyone got some quick fix im missing?

Dunno why it's doing it to ya but it happens to me occasionally. Save your setup info as a separate file and just copy/paste when it screws up.

not sure if it helps but the proper way to set razor hotkeys is to only load one client, set them, then log off and on and off properly, then close the client by hitting the ''quit'' button on the login screen. this should save them without a doubt

Kind of like saving your UI setup in the client itself, you have to log out of the game with the Logout button on your paper doll, then Quit the game client in order for them to save.

Still a good idea to backup your files once they save. My hotkeys and macros got wiped, I remade one main profile with hotkeys and saved it for my tamer. Then I reinstalled UO and it magically fixed my profiles except for the one half-assed profile I remade.
Yeah, saving my profiles was a must after that incident.

I've ran into this a lot.
Changing hotkeys with more then one client up won't save the hotkeys. So make sure you do it with only one client up.
What you really need to do is go into the generals tab and on the bottom right are your profiles. Instead of default, click "new" and create a new profile per character. Again, do all this per character with ONLY ONE CLIENT LOADED. Close the client after all your changes and it should save.
I have two total profiles for my 8 characters. A lot of them are similar styles. And alt, ctrl or shift + mouse wheel scrolling for potions and targets are pretty useful.
