I was wondering, what are some of the more rare, or rarest animal statuettes......bird, bear, eagle, etc? not including RDAs

Nothing's rare anymore except relic and 120 tames. Don't waste your time bro

best i can do is rule of thumb:
most farmed mobs means most statues on the market
yes there is rare variations of statues: wooly sheep, Hound Dog, Timber Wolf, Billy Goat, etc
there is 2 types of statues (not all have 2) regular and Mondain's or "3d" statues
Rare hues from normal to "rarest"
normal
Fallon
White
Xmas Red/Green
Blaze
blood red
orange/purple
(blaze will be more common, blood red is due to only being able to get in paragon chests)
also, the market for statues is now, more than ever, what someone will pay for it. hard to keep a price on a up and down market.

There is a evil Mage statue, other humanoids can drop human statuses

would cannibals and the buc's den NPCs drop statues / the same ones?

Not 100% on this but savages and other NPCs drop naked human statuettes, town NPCs drop clothed "vendor" human statuettes.

In town you can just exp/eb and take your guard whacks, or explo/retreat to outside the guard whacking range.
