I guess this falls under New Player Questions, I'm not really sure. I found this thing when asylum came out(iirc.) When you click it, it says nothing, but here's a picture, maybe someone can shed some knowledge on me.
Its the orange dust like item in the bottom right. Like I said, says nothing when clicked.
