Hard to say what the spawn rate was and how many were stolen before they came a mob drop but I'd guess it was monthly. Just a guess.

it was a old stealable rare from last round that as taken off and put on mobs as a drop, i agree this is a very nice drop/rare. great bar deco! at least 250k for start price!!
