Raise skill to 120 then drop it and have 20 skills pts extra??

Hello if I raise a skill to 120 my cap will be 720, i could drop that skill 0 and use those extra 20 pts?

The points can only be used to raise another skill up to 100(max). It won't raise any skill that you haven't raised the cap with a power scroll above 100.

No. Only the first skill to break the 100skill cap will add to your overall skill cap (ie.. Goes up to a max of 720).
