Question on the Rares

I been hunting the summer dungeon and I have been seen something do no one will give me a straight answer. Form @Shane or @Tony- If there on . But there it is i been see more of the new Rares been doping more in the Day then at Night . I know it would be less player at night. It like the Champs only 3 player out of 20 to 50 player only 3 will get something a PS and a RDA or relic but it till come down to only 3 player how come only 3 let say 1000 player are on and only 10 player will find something out of the 1000 players The only time when they put more out is something special going on or a Holiday event how come only then i do not run pets may be there seen some like this going on i do not know and what with all the big Lag Spikes in the game

I have seen rares drop all hours of the day/night

You can't expect to get a drop every day, every time you enter the dungeon, It's just NOT how it works here. It's similar to MOTM or Taming SS, You will get things in spurts once a month, if you are lucky to recognize it, you will capitalize but for the most part, people farm at the wrong times of their own peak </3
