Question on Powerscrolls

So I was curious, because its different on various servers. When using a powerscroll, say a 120 inscription one, do those extra 20 count towards your real skill points used, or can you still be 7x gm and your inscription acts as 120.

Standard real skill cap is 700. As you add a 5/10/15/20 ps to the skill your real cap will increase accordingly to a maximum of 720.

You need to apply all 4 scrolls in order once you have trained up to the previous level too for them to work i believe.

So you can be 7xgm then work inscription up to 105/110/115/120 to end with 6xgm and 1xlegendary

Actually you will have 720 skill points to use as you want in any skills, but only that skill that you applied power scrolls to can go above 100 skill. As explained above, not only do you use all of powerscrolls in order, but you must gain the skill to 120 to use the full 720 skill cap.
