Quality of Life change for relics

How about a message when certain relics are ready to use, e.g. tread relic when it comes off cooldown you get a message like:

"Tread: Ready/Ready to Activate" or something along those lines

This might help for those that are dying via phase shift as well, if they see the message they'll know their next attack outside of 7 tiles or w/e it is will teleport them.

Although this would be nice. Keeping track of your timers increases the difficulty level of running a meta dexer.
