What is the point of this item? Aside from being bone and (I hope) barbed worthy, what else is the draw?

The cool thing about this is that it takes the robe slot (medable). You can put another tunic under it which is pretty cool. Kilts and skirts appear to come from "under" it and it'll also hide armor sleeves so you can show off bod cloth fancy shirts and cloth tunics, a sash must be layered for it to show over the cuirass.

It would be great if more of the "rare" wearables were in this manner where you can wear actual armor under them and utilize the "looks only" item still... like zombie fingers would be nice to wear for aesthetics but also wear regular armor under those...my my 2c
