Purple Faery Dust?

I found this substance while mining. When clicked, no item name comes up describing what it is. However, it seems to look like the faery dust ingredients from imbuing, only purple. Can anyone identify and confirm its worth?

I believe it's gem dust. With enough tinkering, you can double-click gems and crush them into similarly colored dust.

Today i have one too. It's green . I have 100 tinkering and double click on this have no effect but i see : You dont have the required components.
