My skill is @99.7 and i just cant seem to get the last little bit, if anyone has any suggestions on where to go that would be much appreciated.

Bard table. Rotting corpses

Ok, now i'm embarrassed. I don't even know what that means. very new here

Bard Table in Deceit. Ask around for a rune/gate. Its a table that has skeletons, zombies, rotting corpses around it. It does occasionally get hit by reds but at 99.7 you wouldnt be there more than 10-15

Also make sure you don't have some unwanted skills marked up that you may have forgotten to mark down. Sometimes it is something as simple as that as to why your not gaining
