Problem with statics i guess

If i run the launcher it tells me everything is patched, but in game there are locations where i don't see the statics (new magincia for example i heard was redone by staff, but i just see empty streets with impassable invisible walls)
Any solution to this?

That is a map problem which will be resolved when the map update is released.
