i had it up for sale a while ago.. besides a lot of pms how awesome the location is, there was absolutely no offer for it...
so.. i'm taking offers on one of the sweetest spots on the whole server. it has been in my hand since the beginning. I'm offering it to a true connaisseur who values a truely unique location. No - i'm not asking for 100m... and no.. i don't desperately need the gold and no, i wont sell it for a mil or 2... it's just.. i bought a 30x30 and i feel i wont ever use it as long as i own this awesome spot. no matter what i use.. whatever i dont use is a waste and could be used by someone else to its full potential...
